So I'd love for you to share a little bit about your background, what you did, and then we'll get into our conversation.

Yeah, sure.

Like a lot of people in data science, I've got an orthodox nonlinear journey, I guess you could say.

So my degree was in computer and network engineering.

I thought I wanted to work on computer hardware and graphics cards, chips, and those sorts of things initially.

But once I got into my degree, I realized that, you know, I kept hearing about machine learning and data science and all these algorithms that were growing at the time, nowhere near the chat GPT capability we have today, but things that I was fascinated by.

So basically while I was doing uni, I was doing all these online courses and learning about that.

And how do you hire a team? I think I said I wanted to talk about the skills that you've got in your team, but how do you hire for skills and that type of talent within your team? What are the things that you've done to build out the team that you have now to be able to deliver on that, but then to be able to step up into the way you're thinking about what's next?
