The way we arrived at Buffalo, New York was

really as we were praying for two things.

Pretty early on in the process, we made the decision to go more the traditional missions route for church planting.

And the reason behind that was we are fully committed that church planting is an extension of the local church.

Many of the models of church planting today, God is using in great ways to plant churches and grow his church.

But one of the commonalities with a lot of the models of church planting is you need to be a part of a church that is large enough to be able to support you, to send out a core group, to be located in an area that has a need for more churches.
