One of the things I wanted to design is let's eradicate the need for that.

I was very fortunate enough to work with some really senior out-and-out executive search firms and out-and-out boutique executive search firms and get a grasp of how they operate with their client base and what they do and that, that then introduced me of their work, way of working retained and, and we can go on to retained, but because I know that's gonna be a key talking point within the rec to rec space.

But actually the way they do it is so client-focused that, you know, there's no way that they can use anyone else.

So what I wanted to create here was that a group of consultants who are specialized in their space.

But isn't it the opposite of what the industries do? They're trying to get exclusivity with the candidates, right? That's what rec-to-recs do.
