And so that's even how we talk about it internally.

And so when it comes to the skill sets that have emerged, I think there's a few things that we've done.

One, we've tried to flatten out the organization.

There's a skill set, and then I think there's a structure and an empowerment that we've tried to do to stay as efficient as possible with our people.
