So what happened was Henry Novak was heading home from a night out, and somehow he got into an altercation with Mr. Degva, who is a Sikh.

He held a ceremonial knife and proceeded to stab Henry Novak.

Now, what then happened was his brother, who, by the way, has not been charged for the crime of perverting the course of justice.

And you'll see why this is important now.

His brother also was caught wielding a sword online in some car traffic dispute.
