We're very close to the research farm.

And he wanted to do some trials with different rye varieties.

and we thought we had a customer in a malt house and so we tried two varieties and uh... you know he was helping us try because we had no idea what we were doing and uh...

the malt house thing fell through but A friend of our custom farmer had a hookup with Sagamore and they had decided to do a completely Maryland product, soup to nuts.
