You can divide what we're- what we've changed into two major themes: the what and the how.

So the- the what we've changed, um, uh, is around clinical governance and patient engagement.

So they're the two things that are not in the current program, uh, that is going to be the most challenging for community pharmacists because this is areas that they haven't really delved into in any great depth before.

Uh, but we're providing a lot of support around that.

And- and they're already doing this in- in a way, uh, in their pharmacies, but we're just providing, uh...
