Like how do you meet them? How do they come to you?

Well, thankfully, I no longer have to do all the schlepping and hustling of trying to find talent to come to me, thankfully.

I've put a lot of time and money into our website.

And, um, so most of the talent that, um, we see have been, have come to my website.

They've Googled us or they knew of another talent who referred them or they knew of somebody who knew somebody who knew somebody, or they found us from Instagram usually.

Um, And so they come to us, they apply, and we always say within three to four weeks we'll invite them to the next open call, which in our open call, in the standard world of acting and modeling, an open call would be, great, we're going to have you just come in.

In modeling, they would just take a look at you, take a couple pictures, and then you leave.
