Right? What are you most proud of?
15:00
I think the moment I was most proud of this year was being able to make our clients $400,000 over what they thought they would get for their house listing.
15:13
So they interviewed three other agents for the job to sell their home.
15:17
And we were the fourth.
15:19
And the three other agents told them their property was worth $2 million in today's market.
15:25
And after doing a thorough market analysis and really deep diving into the research, because it was quite a unique property, I said, no, it's probably closer to 2.4, 2.5.
15:36
So we decided they were hesitant because they wanted a quicker sale.

So I guess one thing that people don't often talk about is what actually is sleep and why is it important for our brains that we get enough sleep?
1:16
So sleep is really important and it's an active biological process.
1:22
And it isn't just about rest.
1:23
It's about a 24 hour occupation, because what happens during the day directly shapes how we sleep at night and how we sleep shapes how we function during the day.
1:33
So it's not something that just switches on at bedtime.
1:36
You know, the body's sleep wake system is continuous and cyclical.
1:40
So during the day, you've got light exposure, movement, meals, emotional regulation, sensory input, and this all feeds into our circadian rhythm and sleep pressure system.

Are there particular moments, as we've mentioned earlier, like falling asleep, staying asleep or early waking that tend to be more tricky for neurodivergent children? And if so, why?
