How does the governor's data center plan affect Montgomery County?

You know, data centers, the conversation has changed and evolved so quickly for the past couple years.

As you know, I started working on a zoning tax amendment, and I think it's wise for the governor to put together a task force.

Montgomery County, different council members, including myself, have actually stated that long ago that the exemption that the state has given to data centers across the state is absolutely wrong.

It should be repealed.

Why is this such a hot topic?
