Um, look, I think it's a fantastic growth story.

Uh, especially it's a growth story coming from the heart of Europe, um, that, uh, I'm just, uh, delighted to be part of.

And I think as a, as someone that came from a predominantly tech background across different industries, it's...

I find it absolutely fascinating, the scale and the type of problems that me, um, and the team solve at On, right? And that spans design and R&D.

You're helping the teams that design and develop physical products with their day-to-day tools and technology to, to, to help them dream bigger, to basically take the pain of toil away from them, to help them dream bigger, create fantastic pro- products.

Um, but I guess, you know, what, why football, um, and, and why now? Why does it make sense for On at this point?
