How do you see this over the next seven weeks?
13:43
Yeah, it'll be interesting.
13:44
I mean, Helena, unlike David Morales, Helena, she's still going to have to campaign.
13:49
She's still going to have to you know, she has two opponents who to some, you know, percentage of the electorate are a good option.
13:57
And I think especially even among Democrats, people who are sort of.
14:02
Turned off by maybe not even as much her opioid stuff, but just this idea of another sort of corporate executive who's not, you know, Dan McKee, I think, was able to play a little bit more to the like one of us, the Cumberland Boys and Girls Club over and over and over again.
14:17
And she's buying her way in.

Narragansett Bank Commission.
16:06
Can you tell us what that was like and what was going on in that meeting?
16:10
Yeah, it was pretty interesting.
16:12
And I've covered a bunch of recount requests.
16:14
And it's not the most interesting because the margin is so close.
16:18
There's like 260 votes that separated Elaine Polino from Erin Goukian, who appears to be the winner of the Rhode Island Republican gubernatorial primary.
16:28
However, it's not official yet because while the gap was a little too wide to justify putting every ballot back into every machine and getting the tallies again, It was close enough that they can do what they call a re-scan of the memory sticks.
16:42
So they pull the flash drives or the thumb drives from every voting equipment machine, compare those numbers to what they have as the final tally.
18:00
So does she have a point that this wasn't noticed properly?
3:30
How would it wind up? I don't know.
3:31
He does not have that ability.
3:33
I will say that the budget this that lawmakers just passed includes some extra sort of enforcement provisions for the health insurance commissioner to set caps on how much overall we increase health care spending every year, because right now it's a voluntary cap and everyone just blows past the cap every year.
3:52
But by law.
3:53
the health insurance commissioner has to keep insurance companies financially solvent.
3:57
And I think one of the things I have learned or found interesting in covering this and talking to Corey is that I think insurance companies are often vilified and perhaps, you know, to some degree rightly so for, you know, they're just trying to like pad their bottom lines, but their own costs are going up.
4:15
And then what happens is if they don't have enough money through premium increases and other sources of revenue to offset the increased cost of GLP-1s and healthcare services and claims by patients, they are not going to be able to pay the hospitals and doctors that we all see enough that those doctors and hospitals will stay in business and even continue to take that health insurance.

What do you sense? Is that...
