How do you audit program or audit who's dormant? How do you track that?
23:37
Yeah, so we actually did a huge audit with Affilial.
23:41
Magnus did a great job for us.
23:43
But essentially what we did was we pulled every single bit of data that we possibly could out of our partnership platform.
23:49
And currently we're in the middle of a migration.
23:51
So we had to pull it from both platforms, match them up and figure out what was what.
23:55
What we were able to do then is essentially use AI to map out each individual partner using their URL, figure out what bucket they fit in.

35:43
When you're starting from scratch with zero brand recognition in the affiliate space, how do you convince your first 10 partners to take a chance on your brand?
17:58
Maybe Nancy can give us a little bit of a framework of some of those levers at the next level of figuring it out.
18:06
Yeah, this is actually very timely because I've been speaking to people over the last number of weeks about activations.
18:13
And Ultimately, like activation flows are sometimes where partner programs go to die just simply because people, someone asked me the other day, I had a networking call with someone at B2B SaaS the other day and they asked me, like, how do I activate my partners? I created this this recruitment center thing.
18:36
I created a resource center.
18:38
I set up the onboarding emails that I have a particular passionate hate for.
18:44
Like ultimately, like everything was just Googling.
18:48
How do I activate partnerships? And they just did that.

Happy for Nancy to go first and then chime in.
18:52
Nancy, how do you feel about it?
18:54
Yeah, I think local search is very, very easy to gain right now because you're able to go in and you're able to create that real, real specific content touching on, hey, I'm a small business owner in London based with 10 employees, etc.
19:10
And you can write pieces of content to speak directly to those, but On the broader sense, you need to look at, like you said there, Guy, run the LLM over your gone calls.
19:20
Look at what your actual prospects are asking and start writing the content for them.
19:25
you can write different variations of it.
19:27
Different publishers are going to perform better because that's what their audience is looking at.
19:32
So for us, when we're thinking about authority and depth and everything in between, we're also looking at the actual performance of their blog.
23:37
Drumroll, please.
