I know what you're saying, but are there things that we can, besides just go, besides just lobbying common sense at people and not, and hoping they don't, hoping they they are equipped to deal with whatever just thinking on their feet

well we are hiring a lot of newly licensed producers and so what they know is what they learned in the test they don't really learn very much about coverage it's primarily focused in Arizona at least on personal lines even though you can write commercial lines so I think I think starting every insured out in personal lines and getting them used to doing things right and making sure that you have a procedures manual that they can turn to and that they have a mentor assigned to them that is not too busy.

When I started at an agency early in my career, My mentor was, I've just had such great mentorship the early years of my career.

And they were, you know, if they were too busy, they would say, don't disturb me right now.

But, you know, bring that question back to me.

And not shaming people when they make mistakes or when they ask questions.
