For you, what distinguishes somebody that's obviously a new coach, but is ready and right for your work?

I think hungry is probably the best word that I can use for somebody who is ready for my work.

I'm working with women who have full-time jobs, but they love their coaching certification so much that they want to replace their income with their coaching instead of getting, like you just said, getting out of the corporate world.

I work with clients who have their certification years ago.

but never were able to get the ball rolling enough to make even their money back from their certification.

What is it that you kind of bring that means your clients are doing so well?
