And, and so, uh, same question for you.

I was just thinking about how, um, what Sean was saying, it intersects with, um, with the responsibilities that I do.

So I'm automatically thinking about volunteers and about how, you know, we're working to get lobby greeters.

Um, again, about keeping it trauma informed, about just getting that information there, and it, it helps both sides.

You know, the Oregonians' experience, um, there can be a lot of frustration if they come in and it's, maybe it's not the right place, or they come in and they're told, "Okay, we need you to fill out an application." Or they're just, have a question about the free food markets, and somebody could have just given them, you know, a flyer instead of grabbing a number and waiting.

So ways that we can improve the Oregonians' experience, but then it also benefits staff.

And so, yeah, we're, we're keeping our lobbies, you know, calmer.
