So Dr. Chaudry, how orals do you prepare? What strategies do you use to build your competence and your confidence?
8:11
I run through a surgery through my mind.
8:14
So if I have a surgery the following morning, if it's Something complex.
8:20
I'm going through every single step from discussing with anesthesia before surgery what I need, what kind of medications I need, where I want the blood pressure to be at, what kind of neuromonitoring things I need, talking to my scrub techs about what specific tools I need, how I want the patient positioned on the table, what angle I want them positioned, and then when I make a decision, how I expect for things to look.
8:40
And I'm kind of going through it.
8:42
When I find the tumor or the fracture or the malalignment, how am I going to tackle it? How am I going to switch it? I'm going through all of that in my mind.
8:48
And I'm also thinking about ways of how that could go wrong and to make sure that I have those tools in place to fix that.

Dr. Chaudry, how were you able to reconnect back with your passion, with your love?
