talking on that and i think you touched on this a little bit what are your priorities when it comes to public safety especially in district one i

think the major things that um i hear about over and over is we have to look at our 911 response times so for non-critical emergencies i think that is a major major concern that i'm hearing in terms of what are the kind of uh everyday Issues when people call 911, and it may not be a life-threatening emergency, but what is the response time? What are the ways are those calls being responded to in a timely fashion? I think working with police to find ways to decrease what is that gap between what the citizens feel and what is the response time.

I think that is a major conversation that we need to be having in terms of community safety.

specific in terms of District 1 when I talk to folks in the tower.

It's really around sort of safety around kind of quality of life type issues.

The reality is is Most people that are coming for visiting, especially on the weekends, are parking in the neighborhoods there because there's very little central parking.

And some of that was even moved because of the bike lanes and other things that were added, which reduced parking even further.
