Yeah.
16:00
You know? We're upset.
16:02
If I'm dealing with a patient with chronic pain or somebody who's really, you know, been affected their quality of life, there is a level of frustration, almost a level of anger, and that kind of intensity and emotion affects an increase in, in that opposition.
16:21
So, you know, in my work, we, we parse that out and, you know, I, I help my patients understand, right, that of course, that is part of the lived experience and we wanna understand it.
16:33
But also too, you know, how can we address the other parts of the equation, which are, you know, how are you more aware? How are you more responsive? I think the awareness and responsiveness when we are dealing with something that we don't typically deal with physically, that awareness increases.
16:58
That responsiveness increases.
16:59
So on one level, yes, you- we're upset and we're- we, we wanna be in opposition with it.
