How did you overcome such a significant challenge, and what did facing adversity at such a young age mean for your life?

Oh, Claire, it was so scary.

You know, when I think about it, it makes me wanna cry.

Um, after my hemorrhage, I, I was paralyzed down one side and couldn't move.

The, the hospital discharged me into an institution because they deemed that my mum couldn't look after me 'cause she had two other children at home, and I wasn't free to leave.

It was really scary.
