Can you speak to this, Nadia? What did your drinking look like? When did you sort of realise that it was an issue and was impacting your relationships? Tell me about that.

I think I can kind of chase it back to and trace it back to my earlier years.

My relationship with alcohol wasn't very healthy, but I didn't recognize it.

So I'd be a fast drinker and it would only be when I went out.

But I can completely relate to you when you say you were drinking at home alone, because eventually years down the line, The socializing.

So I worked in central London.
