We'd love to learn about that business, the evolution of that, and then obviously the transition over to us as well.

During my career, I've ha- I've had this consulting company called Globix Group, and we really focused in on at some point with the investor relations process at small private equity firms that were growing.

And that's really what bit me and got me so fascinated and passionate about this space, right? And helping operators really find out who they are and who they're trying to attract to make their visions come to life, right? And so our worlds ended up colliding just at the perfect time here as, as I've joined the team.

But I've been really working this craft for such a long time because it just brings together all of my passions, which is really coaching, having people realize that they can achieve what it is that they put out in front of them, and bringing that finance and marketing and technology aspect to help them achieve those things, right? And so during that time, I was working beside investor relations teams at various different firms, whether they were in self-storage, multifamily, private credit, different asset classes, and really helping diagnose what part of that process is either a gap or needs some enhancement or just a little bit more structure around it to make sure that they're not skipping steps and they're truly capitalizing on that trust curve that they need in order to take somebody who is considering potentially being part of a project or investment and have them actually know and trust them so that they can cross that, cross that bridge over to becoming a true investor.

So the, it kind of clicks perfectly into what we do here at Raise Masters in helping folks achieve the similar types of results.

Through their career, people have been telling them, "Don't do this." And at some point they said, "No, I'm gonna do it." And that kinda got them to a level of success, and now they have this reiterated that, "I know better than others." But then how do you balance that with hearing advice that might challenge you or change your intuition or even be uncomfortable? Like, how do you watch them navigate that given that reality?
