Yeah.

I mean, our forests have been shaped by disturbance for thousands of years.

So we've always had fires, and we, I think we always will.

What's changed, I mean, there, there are definitely people that say, "Just leave it alone and let it do what it will do," but that's not realistic.

We have over four million people that live in British Columbia.

We have homes.

Mm-hmm.

Not sure what to make of that, but...

Well, I think...

You know, smoke doesn't know borders.

We can't put up curtains and those types of things.

And I remember when Mount St. Helens went off, I was living in the Kootenays and we got lots of volcanic ash and the cloud was sky was dark.

And here in the Okanagan, we've certainly seen smoke from Washington state, from California, Oregon, those types of things.

But That doesn't mean that the folks down in Michigan don't have a valid point that they shouldn't be frustrated.

What's your thoughts when you see them step to the podium like that, completely ignoring that mismanagement that was going on for so long?
