in college and did you stumble into the restaurant industry? How did you get here? I kind of

stumbled into it.

I definitely had, other than being a server at a couple of local restaurants going through school, never really managed, never really bartended.

I mean, I've served at a few restaurants.

And then when I was in college, I did a lot of college parties.

And so we were doing these kind of little, you know, college get togethers and promoting for it.

You know, you pass out a thousand flyers here and there.

absolutely and i think kind of since you since you brought it up we always have kind of you know the little short form tick tocky type questions that we always like to ask people you you mentioned both of them so i'm curious what do you think is harder finding and hiring great staff or keeping and retaining them
