And the question becomes, what would an ideal CF center in Pakistan look like? And what is the first step to build one? Because we have heard that you may have the best CF center already in place in Pakistan.

So the thing is that when we started back in like last year, when we were like just gathering all the data and the patients.

So initially when I was asked that how many patients will I have who will be needing Trikafta, the gene modulator therapy.

So I said that nearly about 50 and that was a random answer on my side.

But yes, but now like we started off with just 45 patients who were on Trikafta and now we have doubled it and now it's 90 right now, what I'm talking about today.

And it was a very, very, very difficult task because working in a general hospital, our hospital is not just only a pediatric hospital there, that's basically a general hospital.

And we have to look after other subspecialties also, and especially in the pediatrics.
