The parties have to undertake the process of going to a forensic evaluation where a psychiatrist or a psychologist evaluates the whole family, writes a very extensive report, which unfortunately, due to the nature of a forensic examination, they're looking for everyone's flaws.

And so no one comes out looking great, right? one party you hope comes out looking better than the other and you hope that that party is your client, but that is not always the case again because the process of the forensic examination is to look at your strengths and your weaknesses and focus on how that may or may not impact your ability as a parent.
