So, uh, that article was titled "AI Has Broken Hiring, and Here's How to Fix It." So can you talk to start with a little bit about how you initially became interested in recruiting systems and the use of AI?

Um, so yeah, that, that article, I, I hope it was interesting and we have lots to talk about AI and the whole arms race and things like that.

Um, so how we got into it, so about a year and a half ago, I was interviewing when, um, I was looking to leave my previous company, and while interviewing, I was talking to a lot of recruiters and interviewing with a lot of companies.

When talking with the, all of these recruiters, I noticed that they had very similar patterns in terms of the questions they asked me and what they were looking for.

Uh, maybe things like my visa status and when can I join, and a few questions into technical depth of do you know Java or JavaScript, which I felt at times a recruiter doesn't have the context knowledge of every role that they're interviewing for.

So we felt like maybe there's some opportunities to explore what kind of problems recruiters are facing in terms of hiring.

Um, and I don't know how much other things those systems are bringing to bear, but maybe you could talk a little bit about the impact there as well.
