How do you understand, maybe to back up, what is a protocol? What does that word evoke for each of you? Or what do you think it means? And then what has that got to do with art?

Yeah, I mean, to just build up on what I was saying earlier, I'm not too attuned with protocols and also like these applications.

But I think in general, just sitting down and really thinking about ways to organize and way to think about what's going on and possibly do regulations or just like systemic thinking around it.

I also think that I know this is about AI and images, but in general, I've been quite interested in just like processes of automation.

And I think from like workers movement to also like crafts, there's been just quite a few moments in histories where people have been trying to show up and trying to think about ways to just move things a little bit around politically or economically to get their rights done or get their redistribution done.

So I think the question of protocols for me in that context is just like extremely overwhelming because I don't have the technical insights, but mostly fascinating because it really wonders how could we actually as artists like organize to show work, to get work validated, to also get credits.

And more practically, you know, it's like, how can we actually demand from those platforms who are creating whatever images on their own behalf to properly redistribute something to individuals? And I know this is very difficult because we live in a globalized, universal...
