What led you to nursing?

Oh, gosh.

Well, I'm going to date myself here.

So I've been a nurse for over 20 years.

I started as actually a nurse assistant.

I graduated high school in Spearfish and so went into long term care as a nurse assistant.

And then at that time, they built the Spearfish Surgery Center that was physician owned.

And so how do you guys come into a market and, and try to staff up for it?
