Sure.

Uh, my name is Morgan Leaf, and I am a pediatrician by training.

I kind of always knew [laughs] I, I guess at least since residency, that I didn't want clinical medicine to be my entire career path.

I am definitely one of those people who decided when I was five years old that I was gonna be a pediatrician.

I followed that all the way through, and then I got there and said, "Well, [laughs] maybe that's not all I wanna be." And, um, I, I...

It was a hard dream for me to give up, so I spent 11 years in practice after residency trying different types of practice to see how they fit.
