Uh, how does that work together, and a little bit about what you guys are doing right now?
16:07
Yeah, so the Batch and Grow program is a financial assistance opportunity that is offered specifically for these FLASH groups, and we really like to put the, um, farmer leaders at the helm of making a lot of decisions for the, uh, cover crop program.
16:23
Um, so within that, the- FLASH group members are actually the ones to select the cover crop mixes that we offer.
16:30
So typically they'll choose between two and five cover crop, uh, species or mixes, and generally those will range from winter-kill, winter-hardy, single and multi-species.
16:40
So there's kind of an option that fits for all, um, experience levels.
16:45
And then farmers who are in that FLASH region will go online and apply, um, select which fields they'd like to participate in the program, and then they also select the specific cover crop mix that they'd like to use based, um, on what works well with their fields and their upcoming cash crop rotation.
17:04
Once the selected acres are approved by the FLASH group, we batch them together, and AFT works with local contractors to coordinate the seeding.
18:54
With those kinds of numbers, that gives us a lot of excitement, right? I mean, it gives us a lot of hope about where you're going.
