Uh, we wanna make sure that our goals are specific, right? So let's just say I wanna work more games.

I wanna be specific in saying maybe a certain number of games, maybe a certain type of game.

So for m- myself, I'm fortunate enough to work, um, all three levels of women's college.

So one of my goals is to work more Division I games.

So if I say more games, I might get that, but I might have gone from, you know, five Division I games and I still stay at five, but then I go from 20 Division III games and then go to 25.

So yes, that's still a success and I still was able to achieve that goal, but if I want more Division I games, then I need to be specific with saying, "I want more Division I games." Um, we want it to be measurable.

That's how I take it.
