Explain what that means and how you think about it.

Well, that's a term, as we were talking earlier, when I heard that term, I really never liked that term because It was a mantra for projects that when there was one person who was accountable, so if something went wrong, who was the throat to choke or who was going to get fired if this went wrong? And what I thought was more appropriate is to hold the whole entire team accountable and have a culture where everybody's on board from the top to the bottom and versus just one person.

The other thing is when, and I think this is really important from what I've seen in the one throat to choke era, then that one throat to choke becomes the dominant person in the project and starts to make all the decisions.

And hey, you know, it's my career on the line here.

And that is just wrong.

I mean, that can take you off your course so quick.

And you need a good team.

So what was your relationship with that concept and how did it work for you guys?
