Like, they don't enjoy being there because of the stress, because of, you know, the dysregulated students, the lack of support, like all of the things.

I can't remember the study right off the bat, but I, I read it in, um, a newsletter that I got from the Learning Policy Institute, and they were talking about, like, some of the main factors that go into teacher turnover, which is really something that's interesting to me because, you know, that informs my work.

And so I help them move out of that into another realm of, uh, an underdeveloped part of our brain that is responsible for empathy, creativity, curiosity, you know, all these wonderful, positive emotions that we don't tap into enough.
