So let's go ahead, and I know we've had the Leadership Academy on, and we've talked a little bit about the changes, you know, that we've had this past year, but let's go ahead and give an update and, you know, remind our listeners what is the general overview of what the Leadership Academy does, its mission, and maybe some of the changes and progress that has been made in the past year.

Sure.

So the Leadership Academy, obviously in its name, we're here to create leaders.

Uh, so we wanna really create leaders in our community, and so our goal is not only to have those leaders in the workforce, uh, where they're working, but we really want them to build those leadership skills and come out into our community and show leadership in our community and be great community leaders.

And so that's really what the class...

We have an, um, we renamed the class this year for Foundations of Leadership, and that's really what the, the goal of the class is.

Um, is we do the typical leadership, um, messages.
