Um, can we talk about Bitzero and, you know, your background and what y- led to the founding of Bitzero?

Absolutely.

So [clears throat] my background comes from a very, you know, conventional business, which is real estate.

Um, done some creative structures around, you know, closing the gap between finance and real estate through securitization for a while, alongside financial services and crypto.

Um, I was a, a part of a financial intermediary in, uh, Switzerland that focused on crypto products and services.

We had an OTC exchange.

We launched some DeFi products, did some advisory on tokenization, and, um, that, that business went more towards the financial services, which, uh, lacked the tangibility of, you know, my background being in real estate.

Um, can you tell us, you know, these areas of power, Kevin, that you're talking about, um, where you have data centers in and which ones support Bitcoin mining and AI compute?

So Mo, tell us a little bit about BitZero and what you are doing with mining.

we were mining bitcoin since 2021 we started by acquiring a powered land asset in norway building the infrastructure and high voltage ourselves from the power source directly to our site we control our power feeds into the site the core focus of bit zero is asset first ownership of the assets having a tangible asset behind the operations those assets can be used for for any industry You control the land, you control the power, you have the local support, the local authorities behind you, and you're able to leverage that asset for any industry.

It's like owning a commercial building.

You don't have to lease it to one tenant or the other.

You can have various businesses in that commercial building, which is what our strategy has been from the beginning.
