So can you give us, without giving all of it away... a brief overview of the five personas and what each one contributes.

Moe PoirierGUEST
What we learned was if we move beyond content and we're helping facilitators with presence and how they show up and serving the participants in the best way possible in the moment based on what they need, then what is it that they need? And this is built from the capability model.

Moe PoirierGUEST
So it's connected capability model, competencies for facilitators, the Institute for Performance and Learning here in Canada, professional competencies, the International Association of Facilitators.

Moe PoirierGUEST
So what we've done is we've taken this core body of work that guides expectations in our industry and said, how do we help people see themselves in the competencies and then give them a language that's easy to use to describe what they're good at and where they might need to continue to get better and improve.

How could we, how could organizations develop these kinds of capabilities at scale? How could they learn from great facilitation in those spaces?
