Yeah, and I think as a coach, and especially when you're talking about college and recruiting, sometimes you don't necessarily bring in a guy to replace a guy.

You bring in a guy that's a step under but works a little bit harder to push your starter to really get the most out of him.

And the difference is, is like I'm testing to see if you're mentally tough and how you come on that side of how you come on on that side of the river is up to how you handle this test.

Some people have passed the test with flying colors and there'll never be a question.

Some people fail the test and got to go back and study and got to be humbled a little bit and be like, life wasn't as easy as I thought.

I thought I could just walk in here and take this exam.

We're not knocking Bo Jackson's ability to be a good running back.

And the first thought I have when it comes to Ryan Day not beating Michigan at home while playing Michigan at home this year is that, man, Mo, there's a lot of pressure on Ryan Day to beat Michigan this year, a lot more than normal.

Oh, I mean, I understand the conversation.

Like at some point we got to do it at home.

It's been a while, you know, especially when you count like just the COVID year and how things have been out of whack since then.

Then you add NIL, just all the things that have changed since the last time Ohio State has beat Michigan in Columbus, which makes it seem like ages ago.

But at the same time, I genuinely think that Ryan Day beating Michigan last year in Ann Arbor makes it where I don't think there's added pressure for this Michigan game.

I mean, I think it's always every year it's a must that you win that game.

This could be a very big building block or stepping stone for him to make his foundation a whole lot stronger so that when he is QB one, that boy is ready to go.
