good clip thank you thank you i think that's super interesting right now because you know we're everybody's talking about the flock cameras yeah you know the question kind of is really what legally speaking what's the issue there right and so i mean i can go into it if you want but i mean basically you know historically we've had license plate reading cameras for years that's nothing new and the courts have said that's what we call the plain view doctrine basically meaning like it's no different than a police officer walking down the street he looks at your license plate writes it down types into the system comes back and he checks it.

So there's nothing wrong with that.

But what these flock cameras are now doing, they're operating under the plain view doctrine, meaning they're just looking at your license plate, but they're applying the mosaic theory because there's multiple cameras and they're piecing it together just like a mosaic picture would.

And so courts have historically said when you use cell phone data in that manner, so if you take hey, Russ's cell phone's pinning off of these cell phone towers.

We can watch where he's moving, basically.

So I mean, technically, you can be liable for the actions of your, your child if they cause an accident or something like that.

Now, you know, typically, people aren't gonna come after you because insurance isn't gonna cover that accident, so your e-bikes typically are not covered by your, your standard insurance policy, but they could sue you personally, um, for those things.

I mean, the problem with e-bikes is whether the e-bike driver's at fault or not at fault, is it's basically putting these kids on a motorcycle.

And this is more of a manufacture defect.

It's not like I modified it or I did anything to it.

This is sort of a, a semi-known manufacture defect.
