But so tell me about your thoughts on what you're what you're implementing and what that looks like for you.

Yeah, and because of that and because of all these out-of-state investors getting a hold of me, and especially the ones who already purchased a home to short-term rental, and it's, you know, we know in this industry that wasn't a right purchase and just hoping that, I wish they would have, not just us, but somebody that is knowledgeable and really understands and knows the industry or even the market, certain cities, right? So I'm like, huh, you and Jen and us, we spent a lot of money to learn the industry.

But now that we're in year three and we're not experts, but we have a lot of experience with our area and a lot of knowledge and we see what works and what doesn't work.

I was thinking for like...

Consulting people, that can be thousands of dollars too to spend hours and hours and hours to coach and help somebody.

And so I thought, hmm, maybe I will just start creating.
