Like creativity is a huge element to this.

And it's like, I work with so many incredible engineers and the ones that are really shining are the ones that are creative and able to think like ahead of what the spammers might be trying or testing and leveraging machine learning so that like because our traditional method of like taking a data set towards like a data scientist and having them analyze the data for a week and coming back and saying like these are the patterns that we're seeing it's like now that's happening in minutes with ai agents which is crazy but that's the speed that we have to work at now because The spammers are also using AI agents to like machine learn our systems and our fraud triggers and try and get around them.

So we have to move at their speed or faster and creativity allows us to take jumps and leaps around them.

One low hanging example would be, let's say in the past there might've been like dhl fish like that's really common so maybe there's like one sender entity and they send like a million dhl phishing emails but now and like the email the from email might be like dhl at gmail.com whatever but now it's like dhl plus one at gmail.com dhl plus two as like now we have to know like what kind of things can we ID that they're trying to hide but is actually common from all of this swarm? What kind of signals can we find? And it's amazing to look at the signals that our trust teams are looking at.

Why isn't it working now? And we got to get out of that mindset and get with the times, essentially, as we continue moving on.
