But so what hope do we have at this point to get it passed?

Yeah, there's a couple of opportunities.

I think we're still at a stalemate on the SNAP.

Without going into a lot of detail, the Democrats want a two-year delay and the state's speaking up a share of the cost of the SNAP program if they don't get their error rates below a certain level.

Republicans have offered a one-year delay.

The White House has signed off on that one-year delay, and Senator Bozeman's in a tough spot because if he were to give more than that one-year delay, then likely President Trump would veto the bill.

So I think they've made a good faith offer to try to address those concerns.

But anything else that we need to know about that?
