Like, what's next for Mitchell and no more worries?

Oh, you're asking me now? Yeah.

So, once I hire this operations manager, I have two more interviews after we get off of this and then three tomorrow.

And then I'm probably going to do a second interview because I've, I've learned that hiring fast gets me in a lot of trouble.

And so I'm going to really take my time on this.

And I think once I hire an ops manager, I'm going to limit myself.

I mean, obviously I'm an ops ops manager, right? You still have to like oversee things, but that'll probably, if everything works out and hire the right person, Um, that will relieve me a lot to where I can just really do a lot of my sales, um, and project managing and helping people, um, be able to focus more on what needs to really be done.

Like what's, what's your goals for the next three to five years? What do you want your personal life to be?
