I'll, I'll start with Mitch, um, 'cause I know this has been part of your thing based on your experience as a patient, really wanted to change that paradigm.
31:35
As a radiologist, I find it's fascinating that we can put people into a machine called an MRI and slice the brain like a loaf of bread without a scalpel blade, because ultimately we are energetic beings.
31:47
If you think about the fact that we're able to extract information from the light of individuals, in this concept of, you know, this, this idea that we are actually all beings of light, mind, body, spirit.
32:03
We talk about this now in medicine, or we call the biopsychosocial model.
32:07
Uh, you know, this is helping us understand that materialism, as you said, Lorne, it, it, it's incomplete, and we're now shifting into this, you know, this next chapter in medicine, this next chapter in, in, in science that's helping us understand this deeper level of reality that, that our minds, that we can actually tap into.
32:27
And the science is becoming very clear that we each have this ability to tap into this information, to tap into this light, and this has profound healing effects.
32:42
And I think we're, we're...

And please share if you have books or programs in this process of sharing what you're, what you're recommending for next steps, what people can do today before waiting to die.
18:23
One, can you learn the compassion steps? And two, what's the science bit they're saying around? Yeah,
18:30
no, those are great, great questions.
18:31
And absolutely.
18:32
I mean, compassion is something that can be learned and it can be practiced.
18:37
In fact, so CCARE, that's the mnemonic for the Stanford program, the research is clear that by practicing compassion, you get stronger at it.
18:47
And not only do you become better at becoming compassionate to yourself and for others, but it's infectious.
18:56
So if somebody sees you being compassionate or the fact that somebody, you know, your listeners are now listening to you a conversation around compassion, the research shows that they are more likely now to become more compassionate in their lives and for others.
