the lines between, um, definitely business and personal lives is blurring a lot more than it used to, uh, where, um, individuals are setting up call- or f- or family, uh, family businesses are setting up as companies, but then they're giving personal guarantees and they're securing debts for, for companies over their, over their personal property, and that's putting themselves personally at risk.

So if the business, uh, has challenges, then it's actually affecting them and their pa- them and their family personally.

Um, so helping, uh, those people navigate those challenging, uh, pathways to, to move forward, 'cause sometimes, uh, it's...

the, the pathway forward is to head down, butt up and just work harder, or the other alternative is refinancing or then you might have to, "You know what, we need to stop the, um, stop the pain and suffering now and just shut up shop and I might just need to go and be an employee." Um, but that's gonna come at some sort of pain.

Um, but yeah, unfortunately, it, it's not always, um, uh, not always the best news that I've got to deliver, which is, is, is, is hard for some people to hear.
