Who are those people that helped you get here, that mentored you along the way? What are some of those stories? I'd love to start there.

Oh, there are so many stories.

And little did I know that I would end up leading a mentoring company someday.

And I think both informally and formally mentors have played a really big role in my life and career.

I think from an earliest memory, if I think about who's the person who really influenced me from an early age, that would be my dad.

And my dad led a very successful business career as a business executive.

So I grew up watching him, seeing him, the genuine passion he had for what he did.

So it's kind of the next level of that question.
