[laughs] Because I'm just interested in all of it, and I think if- I bring a certain kind of, like, beginner's mind energy to everything I do, so I really like to try something new.

And even when I'm doing something old, I try to take it from the ground up, which I think people enjoy, and so basically the inspiration was I was teaching public classes at a roasting company, and I really was falling in love with that, like, specifically teaching, uh, random people how to do latte art.

I mean, this sounds so crazy, but to me, it was like a whole thing of people need in-person experiences that, with their hands and their senses, and you're watching people think they can't do something and then be open to the idea that they can do anything.

Uh, when you think about customers, largely, you know, coffee consumers that you teach and, and how you've interacted with them on a, a different level than most of us have, um, very isolated, like, classes and bringing them to that aha moment, you know, um, what encourages you about the customer of today and what can be for the future of, uh, consumers, coffee consumers?
