Yeah.

Um, so yeah, like I was saying, growth is not linear.

So for me, like, the past seven years, even since Rabbit Hole, Rabbit Hole felt like at the moment, like, this is a real, like, I'm really feeling like I'm coming out on the other side of this, and I was in so many ways.

But you know, it's like if you're raised in the church or have spent a significant amount of time in it, if you're a convert, there are things that will always be a part of your life, you know? Um, and so yeah, the last seven years is just like a continual ebb and flow of things rising up to the surface that I've needed to process and figure out and going back down, and some of those have been more turbulent than others.

But I, in one, like, really turbulent kind of episode, I think I realized one of my biggest struggles was how I had outsourced so much of my own inner knowing and so much of my own power to other people, and realizing that, like, that was happening because I was taught to do it my whole life, you know? I don't remember a time when I was ever taught to listen to my own inner voice.
