million acre feet well they anticipated that the system was going to deliver about 16 million acre feet a year and what we're showing the hydrology is that really it's more averaging around 12 million acre feet so lower basin has said we'll make up that difference every year to just you know a structural deficit because the math is never mathed out right they've always been working under these assumptions that that were wrong um But then on top of that, California, Nevada, and Arizona put forth a proposal that if the hydrology continues to degrade, we'll even do more.

Mina WestfordGUEST
And for California, that means we have decided that we would put on the table at the 1.25, 440,000 acre feet of water every year.

Mina WestfordGUEST
One of the decisions that haven't been made is who's going to take that cut in the California system.

Mina WestfordGUEST
Is it ag? Is it urban? How are we going to divide that up? So that still needs to be discussed.
