I agree, and I think that, uh, as we're discussing coaching and mentoring, the best firms that we've seen create a coaching program and a mentoring program alongside it, and they completely understand the differences.

They understand that mentoring is more focused on the longer arc of a person's career and growth, and coaching is focused on the present and the near future.

And so you may have different individuals doing that.

You know, when, when we talk about mentorship, it's someone who has usually a senior person, they share wisdom, they open doors, they offer perspectives, they help you navigate your professional journey, and they draw heavily from their own story.

What worked, what didn't, uh, what I wish I would've known.

So it's much more conversational, less structured, and less formal than coaching.
